I actually apply my regular moisturizer and add a bit of an oil to my under eye area. I personally like Rosehip oil since it's a bit brightening ☺

It's tough to find one at that price range - even drugstore eye creams range from $15-$20 I'm currently using one by burts bees that works well to hydrate and diminish fine lines for my undereye area.
