(I think this is the correct category. Apologies if I'm mistaken!)
Just something to quickly share with you ladies! I just purchased some sweet almond oil, for use under the eyes because I am beyond fed up with the darkness and puffiness and thought I'd try something a little more natural. Anyway, I was putting it on before bed and noticed I forgot my No 7 lip treatment that I usually use before bed in the bathroom. Being the supremely lazy person I am, I decided that it was too long of a journey, and would use what was handy. So I put some of the almond oil on my lips, with a little rose salve to seal it in and when I woke up this morning... I was kind of shocked. I don't think my lips have EVER been this soft and smooth. So to any other ladies with terribly chapped lips like mine - try this, you will not be sorry.
Laziness for the win!

What's a salve?

It's like an ointment. The one I use is petrolatum based, so you can just use Vaseline if it's more handy!

Its absolutely the right category Kailey :)
And what a good tip! I do the same. I apply a little bit of coconut oil to my lips after I remove my makeup and before I apply my lipbalm! My lips don't chap easy but I feel like the oil makes my lips feel soft and smooth and makes them look healthier!

Thank you Kailey I already have the rose salve so I'm going to try the sweet almond oil, I have mega dry lips due to my obsession with matte and liquid lipsticks haha.

I feel your pain, Nicole! That's precisely why my lips were in such bad shape, I am a liquid lipstick addict. But now that there's a solution, I might just have to get some more!

Thanks for the suggestion!
I have terrible chapped lips all the time and I haven't been able to find anything that really works for more than an hour or two to get rid of that horrible dry feeling. I'll deff be trying this!
