Ok so I break out like big time everytime I'm on my period. I know its normal but its not like an acne breakout it's like a rash. I am clueless for what to do cause the rashes fade a week before my next period and then they come back. Its a never ending cycle. Does anyone have any tips anything really to help me with my hormonal issue tell me anything I will do it.

It's just hormonal acne, but if you think it's a big problem I would see a dermatologist.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water and getting a proper amount of zinc. If you need to change up your cleanser, I definitely recommend anything by yes to carrots.

I actually got prescribed birth control for hormones and it helped a lot. That's kind of extreme and some people may not be comfortable taking a contraceptive pill, but it really does work.
