Is there a product or eye primer you would recommend to place on my eyelids for it to be less oily?

I use the too faced shadow insurance, then the Mac studio finish concealer all set with a matte cream colored eyeshadow or a loose powder.

On HSN.com there is sometimes a deal to get the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette and a full sized Shadow Insurance for $49...andddd there's a $20 off coupon (NouveauCheap.com has details!) making the palette and the primer $29. That's like getting the whole Chocolate Bar Palette for 9$ lol if you count it as buying the primer full price.
Just in case anyone was thinking about buying it!! I did just for the primer and now the palette is one of my all time favorites!

The Urban Decay primer in Eden has worked really well for me (I have oily and hooded eyes), but it's a pretty pigmented nude - I apply it just to where I'm going to put shadow because my skin is a bit darker than the color, but it really holds shadow and works with my oily lids.

If you're looking for something cheap the wet and wild fergie eye shadow primer is less than $5, I think and works like a charm on me. I have super oily eyelids, too so I feel your pain!

I second Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance. I also have oily lids and my eyeshadows and eyeliners last more than 16 hrs, pretty amazing.

I also agree with the two faced shadow insurance and the wet and wild fergie primer I have both an love them both I can use them interchangeably with no problems

Too Faced Shadow Insurance didn't work as well for me as Urban Decay's Shadow Potion, and I'm really, really oily.

With my oily eyelids the only primer that seems to work is urban decay primer potion
