Blackheads all deep in skin and acne-makeup help!!

I used to have really bad acne, but I've gotten a decent skincare remedy now so my face isn't full of big inflamed pimples, but my cheeks have little tiny bumps and you can see all the blackheads deep in skin. I've tried everything, but I don't know if their scars or what but every time I out on make up to try to have flawless skin my face just ends up looking so cakey and my pores look more enlarged then they did without makeup. Have been using a pore refining treatment (no astringents to avoid drying out skin). But if anyone has any make up tips/skincare tips would appreciate so much!!

I agree, a picture would help! But I also had that problem- there were little flesh colored bumps all over my forehead when I was a tween- I went to the dermatologist and they gave me a prescription that I still use to this day. It's called Adapalene- I mention it quite a lot. If your do get it, get benzoyl peroxide face wash and spot treatment- I use the neutrogena one and wash your face with the BP wash once a day and use a gentle cleanser the other time. Mix the Adapalene with the benzoyl peroxide and put it on the affected area for one week every month.
