I'm Back With An Outfit For Makeup Question!

Hello everyone! I had taken a break but now here I am and I could use some help!

I have been itching to use the shade Burgundy from the Lorac Pro Matte Palette and I've decided that on Monday I'm going to attempt a burgundy smokey eye!

The only problem I'm having is I have NO idea what to wear! I have a doctor's appointment and then I'll be going to the movies with a friend.

I don't have a certain style, I just wear what I want to wear, and I don't consider anything to be "too much/too formal" for daytime.

Any general ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

EDIT: It's still very hot where I live (supposed to be in the 90's on Monday) so pants/leggings aren't really an option.
