Plain black ballet flats. I have a blazer, I'll check and see if I have it with me, I am in the process of moving and all my stuff is different places!

It looks much more professional than just the shirt so I would wear it, you could leave it open if you don't like it buttoned. Other than that I think you're good to go (:

I like it wothout the blazer. Forever21 is a clothing store, so I think looking fashionable is nice then because the other people who work there probably like fashion and will notice if you do too. But that is just my opinion. I hope the interview went well because you finished it by now hahaha 😅
