What is an amazing toner?

I am looking for a toner to start using. I've never used one before so I just need some advice. I have pretty normal skin, if anything sometimes it is dry. This is a toner I would be using under a moisturizer after washing my face in the morning and at night.

I personally use T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel for toner. Pretty good in my opinion.
