This is a nice beach wave I like , As soon after you wash your hair leavening it wet put some kind of oil in the ends ( Argon , coconut , moroccan ) and do one big plat. Leave in as long as you can I do mine over night x

I don't know what style you like, but some ideas are french braid, half up messy bun, low ponytail, piggy tails (I think that looks so Cute with short hair), twirled back and in a low bun and just pinned to the side with some Cute clips or whatever. Good luck!

Hi, Kaylie --

Actually, you can do SOOOO much with short hair!! You can slick it back, spike it up, slick the sides and poof the middle, slick one side back and leave the other side full, use pins, barettes, etc...what is your vibe? My daughter is growing her hair out, but when she had short hair, I always loved it when she faux hawk'd it!

I like to use sea salt spray to give a nice beachy look (:

I usually do two Dutch braids down the back of my head. My hair used to be a bob, so pieces would fall out if I continued the braid until the end. Instead I would Dutch braid until the base of my scalp, tie my hair like it was in pigtails, and then braid the pigtails and tie them off. That always gave me really pretty beach waves.
