I haven't purchased anything from there but I just did a quick YouTube search and a lot of girl did reviews on their clothing/brush hauls from that website, I suggest you check it out
And also I did another Google search and they say that it's a relatively safe website
If you're still a bit skeptical just make sure to pay through PayPal, that'll make your purchase secure
Hopefully someone with actual experience with that website will see your thread

A girl I follow on youtube was sponsored by them I think but the clothes she was wearing looked nice and good quality from what I could tell.
