There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics however there are things you can do to help your hair grow to its fullest potential.

-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-don't brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

Please do NOT take biotin, Hairfinity, or any other hair, skin, and nail pills unless you consult a doctor first. Taking a supplement without a deficiency can cause serious health problems.

Everything that Alexis said, I'd also like to add massaging the scalp.

I always massage my scalp to help with circulation and it can help the hair grow. Probably not by much but my hair would grow fast but I always massaged my scalp

I noticed drinking green tea has made my nails and hair grow faster and skin looking good.

I somehow jump started my hair growth by using horse shampoo. I smashed prenatal vitamins and mixed them in as well. I also used a mint conditioner. When I would shampoo I massaged my scalp. I also didn't straighten my hair very often. My hair went from chin length to mid back within a year and a half.

Hi Linnea,
Not sure how many members on here are licensed, but the only sure fire way to help your hair grow, is biotin, rubbing vitamins on the scalp does not help hair grow, as this is internal. Hair grows on average, 6 inches a year. Using products that are not drying, or contain too many oils, sleeping on a silk pillowcase (to reduce breakage) refraining from heat if necessary, and adding Olaplex no3 into your weekly regimen to rebuild broken disulfide bonds in the hair following with conditioning treatments to address moisture. Mane and tail shampoo can be damaging, and I would not recommend that. You diet is also important in aiding in growth more than all of the other things. Hopefully this helps! x
