I'm not a fan of either, but I'd go with the darker one. It'd show dirt/wear less than the grey, at least in Canadian slushy winters.

2 the black ones get worn in too easily and show everything. And I mean everything! I have gone through 3 pairs of black uggs because they get so dirty. My brown and gray ones still look great despite how much I use them
