I normally wash my hair every 3 days and I use my Pro Naturals argan oil leave in after every shampoo/condition. I apply it to the ends and partway up the hair shaft but steer clear of my roots and scalp. For me argan oil is very good as a heat protectant, for sealing in moisture and for keeping the ends from getting frizzy if I over curl it (my hair is dead straight). It also makes my grey hair really shiny.
