Hey! So I have this great hand me down dress that I think would be perfect for a retro girl type costume, and I was wondering if you guys could help me with the rest! You could go for a marilyn monroe costume with red lips and big curls hair. I also think you can do a minny mouse costume with that dress.

This is a bit out the box, but what about an evil Minnie Mouse? Black ripped fishnets or tights, chunky black boots (like Dr Martens), maybe a messy, smudged smokey eye and smudged red lippie, thick black eyeliner. Maybe even Minnie ears with fake cobwebs on them.
