Any help for extremely watery lower and top lashlines? Like I can put an eyeliner and literally 2 seconds later its gone; setting with powder doesn't help at all btw.

What exactly have you tried? If we know what doesn't work then we can make better product suggestions.

I've tried the rimmel ones, maybelline kohl pencil, loreal, smashbox always sharp wp pencil, urban decay 24/7, and muf aqua eyes. Even gel liners but no luck

Oh and they're not irritated considering I do put eyedrops every single time I do my makeup, its a habit now.

Have you tried applying an eye primer before you use the eyeliner? It's the only thing I can think of - and make sure you get the primer in your problem areas and wait about 5 minutes for it to set before you apply the eyeliner - then take a blending brush and blend the areas you applied the eyeliner to set it in place - that usually helps me then my eyeliner doesn't budge all day and I also set it with setting powder too - it works for pencil and liquid liners for me - I had a good experience with the UD 24-7 but only if I smudge it out with a brush - if I don't do that then it seems to smudge on its own or come off so I find using the brush helps to push it in there and keep it there - it works for me so hopefully it will work for you too.
