I'm trying to find a foundation that's good for dry skin as I get really bad dry patches around my nose and my forehead.
I've found a MAC foundation that isn't too bad, but I'm trying to find a cheaper brand, something like Maybelline, loreal etc.
Anyone know of any?

Well I haven't found a drugstore foundation that was good for my super dry skin but I love L'Oreal Magic Lumi Primer. It is one of the best primers I've used (both drugstore and highend) that works for me. As for foundation Clinique is pretty affordable for higher end products and their Even Better and Super Moisture Foundations are my favorite. I also recommend Makeup Forever HD, and Laura Mercier Silk Creme has good reviews but I haven't tried Lauras. I recommend going to Sephora and getting a few samples to try before buying to see what works best for you. I also agree with Rozberry on what your current routine is? I really recommend CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and Moisturizing Lotion and Cream. Making sure you prep your skin before doing your makeup will make a huge difference especially if you have dry skin.

Bb creams, mouse, whipped foundations and try to stay away from matte ones. I have a similar problem, I use physicians formula bb cream with argan oil in it! Works great.
