For hair I like parting my hair on the side, grappling a section of hair from the front and twisting it back and pinning it, then repeat with the other side. Or braiding the sections.
Makeup wise, I don't know what grade you're in, but I'd suggest maybe doing a single shadow color, eyeliner, mascara and a lip stain.

You can add eyeliner, mascara, blush, and a lipstick for a natural look
For hair, you can add beachy waves

For the hair just iron your bangs and leave your hair open.

Okay so when it comes to makeup, I wished I would've realized how important it was to know my skin type (is it dry, oily, normal, combo) and I would have made sure to start a skin routine. Not all cleansers, foundations, concealers, primers, moisturizers, etc.are made for every skin type. As for eyeliner I recommend you try a brown or dark brown color because its not so harsh and because your skin is pretty light. Trust me you don't wanna look back on your pictures and wonder why the heck you were wearing black eyeliner when you were still learning how to apply it. I recommend L'Oreal Infallible Eyeliner. As for eyeshadow start simple! Wet N Wild has amazing drugstore shadows and they are very affordable. I would go for a neutral shade (applying an eye primer before will help make it last and the color pigmentation will be nicer than if you just apply the shadow alone; Wet N Wild and Milani both have nice eyeshadow primers). Then apply some eyeliner and some mascara. As for foundation, your skin is really pretty so I honestly don't think you need one, maybe a bb cream if you want, or if you want an even look for certain occasions. As for concealers I recommend Maybelline Fit Me or L'Oreal Lumi Primer. As for blush just go for a light color (I like Milani's baked blushes) and apply with a light hand (you don't wanna look like a clown!). I could go on all day on makeup but I recommend you check out youtube and Pinterest for tips on beginner makeup! The link I posted is just more tips. As for your hair again look at Pinterest and youtube. I would personally just straighten it out and do a little side braid, pin it back, headband, whatever. Curling it into some waves would be nice to give you some volume. Also no matter what you do with makeup remove it every night! Trust me! You will thank me later because it is important that you start a good skin routine and follow it. All you have to do is wash for face with a gentle cleanser in the am and moisturize (I recommend CeraVe for cleanser and moisturizer) and at night remove your makeup first (I personally like Neutrogena wipes) and the cleanse and moisturize your face and apply a spot treatment if you need it.
