Okay so I was wondering if any VIB's or VIB Rouge's have used the concierge? what do you ask them about, and like what actually happens do you just call them about questions you have? 😂

I'm guessing that it's just basically Sephora's customer service line but if you have the Rouge status you don't have to wait, they move to the head of the line (on the phone)
