Yes Hue or either one, you can wear fanfare but just tone it down with adding a neutral gloss.

Hue is more neutral and can be easier to wear with anything. I think fanfare could work but when I wear those warmer colors I feel I have to wear warmer toned stuff in general otherwise it looks odd to me but that's just preference

That question is subjective, but I'd persobally say fanfare because I enjoy the cremesheen finish. Not too fond of the glazes but I'd get Hue otherwise if it were a different color
