Ok so I'm going to be a ventriloquist doll for Halloween and I already have the makeup (attached) and I was wondering what outfit would look good with it.

I think a white button up shirt, red bow tie, black suspenders, and a black skirt with heels will give the ventriloquist doll vibe while still looking feminine.
