Looks like some medieval ranger jacket... Try some pc/online games related clothing stores,or the ones that specialise in those ComicCon type of sites... thats all that crossed my mind,or for example you can find a regular brown, khaki colored one and custom diy it.

Dress Like a Pirate might have something that could work, or try looking on Etsy for something Lord of the Rings or medieval inspired. Try Renaissance, pirate or elf cloaks and jackets.

Alina,Have you tried looking in a thrift store? you can add similar gold trimming with fabric glue. Do you have the horns? Another option is buying a old coat then with a similar material add the hood to it and gold trimming. As for horns you can mold it out with foil then paper mache it over, paint it and attach it to a head band. ;)

I'm sure you'll do great with it and I can't wait to see the final results. Do you happen to have a old black or brown sheet? Maybe you can make a cloak or coat with that.:)

I found the original artist, but I don't see any references for costuming. She is Viona-Art and she is very active on her Facebook page. The image is entitled "Cernunnos Lady". Perhaps send her a message asking her about the costuming in the image?
Or there's a couple options I found on Etsy that you could use as a base, then make it your own with accessories and embellishments:

Maybe look for a black snuggie and wear a black hoodie under it for the hood - or if you could find a black hooded snuggie I think that could work.
