Eyeliner smudges on the outer corner.

My eyeliner always smudges at the corner of my eyes. I start off the day looking alright and by the end its all over the outer corner of my eyes. This especially sucks if I did winged liner. I'm using a primer and I set my eyeliner with eye shadow. Any other suggestions?

What type and brand of eyeliner do you use?

Are you using water proof? I always have this issue, but have just gotten into the habbit of wiping it away throughout the day with my finger. You could also try setting your eyeliner with mascara.
