I haven't tried it personally but I've heard nothing but negative reviews. I've heard it is very damaging and does not do what it claims.

I've had professional Keratin treatments and even though my stylist is a close friend, her product cost as even a PRO was expensive. I just don't feel like those can offer much Keratin at that price point. Do yes, I've had treatments done and they are anazing, but I'd pass on this particular item myself. I leave this sort of thing to the pros because incorrect use of proteins, can do more harm than good. I know Aurora uses a protein from Sally and maybe her experience can provide insight on comfortably using it. Still, everyone's hair is different...What issues are you looking to address?

I have naturally curly poofy and frizzy hair so I just wanted something to help with that.

This is strange but I'll just talk of my experiece, I have curly hair too, mine was ALWAYS poofy and freezy and I tried tons of shampoos, conditioners, treatments and hair creams to keep it under control everyday, it awas also weak, fine, and everyday I lost tons of hairs when detangling. One day I read a post about the no poo method and I started.to do a deep research, I was convinced to try because I saw pics of girls with amazing curly hair that loved that method. It is quite a long way to achieve your expected perfect curly hair but is totally worth it, actually I only do water only washes, apple vinegar rinses once every ten days and a deep exfolianting and cleansing session with clay and egg once every two weeks, it has saved me a lot of money and time because I detangle my hair in less than one minute and without applying any styling products it has a beautiful volume and my curls.are really well defined, bouncy and shiny. Now I don't wear any commercial hair product. If you feel like, you should try it :D.

I love Organix but I did not like the Keratin line at all. I did not try that specific product but I used the shampoo, conditioner, and some styling products. I think you should check out makeupalley for reviews on that one.
