Oh my goodness I'm freaking out. I just saw a video of a girl who found bugs in her beautyblender. Has anyone had issues with this? I don't want to go run off and cut mine up just to find nothing!! Or throw it away but I'm afraid to use it now. I wash it weekly as well. Has anyone had issues with bugs or mold in their beautyblenders?

Well now I'm freaking out too! Me and bugs don't get along and I have two beauty blenders that I use religiously. Did she say where she stored them? Because bugs do like dark & sometimes moist areas along with mold.

Yeah I just watched the video & it was actually hilarious but I also kinda want to throw both of mine out. The story says they're trying to do a full investigation and so on.
She did say it was newer so maybe the bugs just crept into that shipment or were already in the warehouse?

As Ban said there's alread a thread up about this:

As for freaking out - No need - With anything you buy there will always be a risk that something can be wrong with it. Just take good care of you makeup sponge and get a new one every 2 month or how ever long they say you can keep it for.
