Any opinions on the Benefit They're Real mascara? I have a coupon for a free trial size but I don't know if I'll like it. My lashes are prone to clumping and I already have my holy grail mascara but I'm curious to see what the hype is about.

I really disliked it. it gave me spider lashes big time. and it was awful to get off. but if you have a coupon for a free one then try it out!

My experience was completely different! I found that the way the bristles are on the wand really separated my lashes & made them look really long & spread out. I acrually had 3 or 4 people ask if I had atarted wearing fake lashes within the first week of me trying it.
I personally loved how hard it was to get off because when it got wet it stayed in place. using a waterproof makeup remover I was easily able to remove it at the end of the day.
I don't know.. I think it's all about personal preferance. try it out & see what you think (:

It's really a love it or hate it mascara! I know many people love it! I, like Kelly, wasn't loving it! I can make it work and get beautiful lasht with it, but it's a pain to get off! I only wear it on days where I need my mascara to last aaaaaaall day!
But hey, you have a coupon, test it out and see if you like it :)

I had two different experiences. I LOVE the travel sized version. I get so many compliments and people are constantly going "are you wearing falsies?" And it makes my lashes look great. I HATE the full size. Absolutely hated it. I don't know why, but it's a completely different experience.

I really think it has to do with body chemistry. I have friends who love it...I personally hated it. It was a bitch to take of and it painful. It made my lashes hurt. I was ulta the other day and the ladies in front of me where having the same convo. One friend said it was a horrible experience and the other said she loved it.

I really saw no difference in my lashes at all with they're real. I used it twice and threw it out. but if its free then go for it, nothing to lose! and a lot of people do like it.

Yeah I hate the formula - it's way to spidery looking for my personal taste the brush just puts way too much product on my lashes so I hate it.

At the beginning I hated it. My lashes looked messy and clumply so I stopped using it for a while. Then, the other day I used it again and wow!! my lashes looked so long and hold the curl all day :D you just need a good makeup remover (I suggest The Body Shop chamomile oil). Also the application is tricky due the bristles (rubber) but when you master it, it may become your new HG ;)

I love how it made my lashes look, but little clumps would come out of the bottle and sit on my lashes. Not clump them together, just be on them if that makes sense. But it did make mine look long and separated. I think you should try it if you have a free one for sure.

Be careful with the wand, I always poked my eyeballs with it - it hurts! Not the best choice if you're a klutz :)

I have naturally long lashes so I like any mascara that makes them look like falsies. They're Real was much too messy for me. I like Bad Gal better until I tried Roller Lash and now I'm hooked. But definitely get the free one. I use cleansing oil followed by Purity by Philosophy to get mine off. No issues at. Please let us know what you think since the reviews are so mixed.

You need to let it dry out a bit before it works best. Crazy to say but when it's new it's too wet and you get that spider effect. After it dries out a bit it's amazing. I use it all the time and I get a new one a bit before I run out so I can get some air to it
