Whenever I wear eyeliner, or even sometimes when I'm bare faced, my right eye has a tearing issue, and it smudges my liner. Oddly enough, this is usually only an issue for my right eye. It only occurs at the corner. I've tried Physician's Formula and L'oreal liners.
I love the Physician's Formula and really want to keep using it, but what do you think is causing this? I don't think it's the eyeliner, because again, my left eye is fine, and it was the same with L'oreal.

My eyes used to do the same and it was because my eyes weren't used to it. It also helped to switch formulas because my eye reacted to others better, but I use physicians formula and it's fine for me now! Just give it some time 😊 I also set mine with an eyeshadow the same color to mattify it and help it from smudging!

Ah, okay, that makes sense! And that's such a good idea, thank you Katelyn 😃

Do you change hands when applying eyeliner? Maybe because its on a slightly different position you might be applying more pressure. I also tend to not blink and just leave my eye open (if I'm doing eyeliner on my left, my right is wide open) which of course once I get to the next eye.. its watery and a bit red.

Oh, that might be it! I think I am applying it at a slightly different angle. Good point, that sort of thing does cause tearing. Thank you for the help, Kitty.

Waterproof is always a good way to go! It's at least a little comforting to know I'm not the only one with this weird eye problem lolll.
