I like this one and its not much shorter than what you have now. That way if you don't like it, then its not too short and if you do like it then you can go shorter...

It depends what you would like on your hair. When cutting your hair I recommend thinking about having layers and stuff because a lot of the times if you enjoy putting your hair in a pony tail it is a bit more difficult with layers.
