How do I remove self harm scaring on my arm?
It's been about 6months so they have all healed just scars remain.
Need to urgently remove them, I don't want my boyfriend seeing them.

You won't be able to really remove them, but you can massage some bio-oil or silicone gel into the scars to help fade them.

If deep enough they may never go away. Bio oil usually helps with scarring, but you cannot expect it to work urgently. If this is a newer boyfriend it's completely fair to not want to show him. You can also try longer sleeves as well as stacked bracelets.

Try bio oil to fade it and if you don't want to wear long sleeves try using foundation and concealer and powder to temporarily hide them
They might go away with the bio oil but it depends on how deep, mine went away with it but that's not the case for everyone

Vitamin C serum with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient will help brighten and even out skin tone. I'd pair that with Mederma for Scars and a physucal, broad spectrum sunscreen, such as Josie Moran or the CeraVe AM in the tube. This prevents them from darkening. C serums work best at night. You can add C to any of your favorite creams/lotions with Philsophy C Turbo boost. Lumene has capsules and Ole Henrikson has a few formulations as well. Rather than Bio Oil, Rosehip oil will naturally brighten over time the flesh and is safe for use even on the face with lovely results for your complexion. With any new product, always test patch. Exfoliation in the shower is another simple option to help you reap the benefits of the other products. Scars are not going to vanish, but you can do your best to fade them and prevent darkening. Dermablend is an excellent approach to hiding them cosmetically.

On a personal note, I'm sorry for your experiences and hope that you have found a positive path in which to channel your struggle. It is great to hear they have healed..and I hope you are as well. My very best to you. xo

I have s/h scars, and I use Palmers cocoa butter solid formula and bio-oil. Mine are on my arms, legs and hips.

If he is a bf you've had for awhile you shouldn't keep it from him. He should love you for who you are. You're gorgeous and don't let anyone tell you any different ☺

If you want to cover them temporarily purchase some liquid latex and nose and scar wax play around with it watch some YouTube videos on how to use it but Hun he shouldn't be judging you on your past and should realize you were in pain and if he doesn't treat you like fine china kick him to the curb
