Hi guys!
Well it's been few years that I'm studying sciences and I wanted to share with you tips and informations about hair.
Starting off HAIR CAN NOT BE REPAIRED , the hair is a dead cell it's only alive at the roots there is not way you can repair it , if it's damaged or burned out the only thing you have to do is cut it! And I know it's hard to cut hair. Super super 100% healthy hair doesn't exist hair always have to deal with polution , rubs , seasons , sun and so many things. But you can still have healthy hair , of course not 100% but you can, all the products that are from the stores are really chemical and the shampoo and conditionner is a vicious circle you use sulfate to wash your hair and silicone to "moisturize" it , as sulfate is drying your hair out you have to use silicones (highly in the hair masks) and as silicones create build up there you go using sulfate again (and by sulfate I mean shampoo) and it goes on. I'm not telling you to stop buying products it's just a warning of what you're doing to your hair. Also nowadays you always use heat to have those perfect straight sleek hair but this is damaging your hair in a super high level. The heat absorbs the natural oil (keratin) from your hair and you end up having those burn fried ends and it happens to go till the roots! If you don't want to use sulfate as it's really harsh use sulfate free shampoos and if you're disgusted by what I just said about chemicals products just use natural thing you can do so much for you hair by using natural things. Look up the internet and see if you're not allergic to certain products as vinegar or baking soda , also for hair moistruizer use silicone free conditionners or again natural products. Eggs and natural oils are really good for hair.
Also blow dryers is less damaging than a straightener you can also create heatless curls and curls with a blow dryer rather than straightener and curlers.
Or you can leave your hair air dry. As many people say you "can't" brush your hair while it's wet , WRONG you can just with wide brushes or combs just if you brush too hard THIS can damage your hair cuz you're extending it , wet hair are elastic so be careful how you treat your hair.
I hope that all of this helped you have a nice day!
