I'm considering dyeing my hair with revlon colorsilk hair dye in deep burgundy but I keep seeing scattered reviews about how drying it is and I'm scared to dry out my hair , what do you guys think.

My personally favorite box dye is John Frieda.
Clairol, L'Oreal, & Revlon always really damaged my hair 😓

Revlon is one of the worst dyes on the market in my opinion. The amount of chemicals in it will kill and dry your hair out like nothing else. I used it on my boyfriend because it was cheaper than others and we wanted to see how the dye would work out. TERRIBLE mistake. We ended up having to cut his hair because of the amount of damage. My aunt used it and she had to cut about 2-3 inches off because of damage as well. I recommend Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Color in Burgundy or Intense Red, or L'Or?al Hicolor (and hicolor highlights) in Burgundy or Red with a purple undertone (I'm sorry I forgot the exact name of the shade). I hope I helped!! Xx

I'd rather die than go back to box dye, but I'd pass on Revlon. They make nice lipstick...lol
