So I have been dying my hair black for over 5 years I'm a natural blonde, well I finally decided I wanted to do something different, so I used color oops on my hair to strip out a lot of the black, then I bleached it using quick white bleach powder and a 40 vol. developer. After that was all taken care of I colored it blue and purple with the Argon Oil dyes, but spots in my hair would not hold the color, and an area in my bangs turned this brownish blue color, I was just going to re-dye it with darker colors to get it to hold, but I wasn't sure if there was any other way for me to get the color to stick.

You're going to need a protein filler because you stripped your hair and bleached it you got rid of the proteins in your hair so the color has nothing to stick to. The protein filler will even out the porosity so the new dye will take evenly. You can get them at Sally's and you just mix it into the color you want when you dye it again.

Your hair is porous now due to processing and it may be due to dryness if your hair gets patchy.

I'd also suggest protein products.

A protein product I like is the Aphogee Two Step treatment from Sally's.
You could just buy the First Step and use a moisturizing treatment after the first to replace the second step, the Aussie 3 minute miracle is pretty good, the moisturizing one
