What is petite?

Hello! I was wondering what height is still considered petite? I'm 5'3 and didn't know if that was still petite? Thanks! :)

I'm pretty sure that you are I'm five foot even and I'm considered petite actually some things are still too long lol but my step mom is your height and she always gets petite :-)

It really varies from store to store, I'm 5'2 and sometimes I get the petite clothes and sometimes it's to short!

It varies store to store, and person to person. For instance, you may have a short torso and long legs, so you would need petite shirts but regular pants, and vice versa if the opposite is true. If you're pretty even, you'll likely be petite in most places, but you may be too tall for the petite line in some stores.

It depends on the store. if I am at ann taylor or banana republic, I would still go to the petite section even though I am 5'5.

I'm 5ft5 but considered petite, despite the fact I have a larger bust and bum and wide hips. I have short legs (30) so I'm considered petite.

I'm the same height as you and I buy tons of my clothes in petite sizes especially jeans:)
