Least drying liquid lipsticks?

I really want to try a liquid lipstick, but my lips get chapped. So, I'm looking for a liquid lipstick that will last all day without making my lips as dry as the Sahara. What are the best in your experience?

I like the NYX soft matte lip creams and Anastasia liquid lipsticks- they don't crack and they last all day!

I love Stila. They're probably the least drying for me. Sometimes with other liquid lipsticks though, I'll put a light later of lip balm on before I apply them and that helps.

Thanks, for the recommendations and tips everyone! I'm most intrigued by the NYX ones since I love their regular lipsticks and they're affordable.
