I'm really attracted to the idea of powder foundations as they are easy to apply and natural looking. What are your favorite powder foundations that don't look too powdery on the face?

MAC Studio Fix. They have tons of colors. The silicones in it help its to not get patchy and not look so powdery looking. It's very natural looking with good coverage.
A bigger fluffy brush for light coverage or a denser brush for medium coverage.
It's in a very travel friendly compact.

The It Cosmetics Celebration Illumination powder foundation is supposed to be excellent. I don't actually use powder foundations though, so hopefully some other ladies have personal experiences that are more helpful :)

The tarte one is great but if you have dry skin you definitely need a moisturizing primer.

Recently I've been using L'oreal minerals true match foundation, I bought it some time ago but I stopped using it because my skin got very shiny and textured, (I have very oily skin), recently I got tired of my liquid foundations and as I had already chaged my skincare regime I decided to give it a try. I really like it now! It has medium coverage (enough to erase imperfections) and it leaves a natural finish (not matte) stay preety long (if you want more stay power apply finishing powder) and feels like nothing, it's very light, it doesn't mae me feel like I'm wearng make up at all.

I actually really like Bare Minerals, Philosophy, and Tarte's is also nice. Merle Norman is one of my favorites too its just kind of difficult to find since you can't order online.
