When I do my makeup I try to keep it light since I have cross country after school. I want to cover my dark under eye circles but not look trashy and not have to take my makeup off at school.

Not sure how you'd look trashy but you could try eating more leafy greens. I've read that people low in the Vitamin K can have darkness under the eyes.
If the skin just has more pigment there then use a brute bing serum or cream. I'd just use a vitamin C eye cream or something with arbutin, Kojic Acid, Licorice Root Extract. Stuff like that which can help lighten the area. Make sure you're wearing a good SPF product using those products.
If the darkness is due to veins then makeup is the answer. Unless you go to a dermatologist to have a laser used or injection to the vein but I think that's only an option for those with the spider veins on their legs and/or varicose veins

I don't know if this works but I've heard it does, put a metal spoon in the freezer for 5-8 minutes and take it out and then hold it on your dark circle, and repeat with the other eye, do this every day for two weeks, and apparently the dark circles disapear, try it maybe?:)

Be careful putting too cold stuff on your eye area because it can cause broken capillaries on such a delicate area. Not quite sure on how taking off your makeup would be trashy... But anyways for dark circles use a correcting concealer first (salmon colors are the best for most dark circles) I recommend Becca's Correcting Concealer. After applying the corrector, then apply regular skin color concealer (don't just leave the corrector alone or you'll see it!) and then you should be good to go! Dark circles are usually just hereditary and you can't change your genes! But make sure you are drinking lots of water, moisturizing, and getting enough sleep. Also, make sure you are removing ALL of your makeup at the end of the day especially around your eyes. Sometime people think they have really dark circles when they are actually just not removing their makeup good and its just seeping down the eye area making it appear darker. I'm not suggesting to scrub the heck out of it and ruin your skin, just make sure you are using a good eye makeup remover.

Omg, I have the same! I hate my dark circles and concealer helps a little but you can still see it through.
