Try coconut oil! Great for dry hair. I put it on the ends of my hair, wait 15-20 minutes, then shower.
You can pretty much use any oil like coconut, argan, jojoba, etc.

May I ask how often you wash it because when I was washing my hair every day it was so dry and unhealthy it didn't matter how many high quality hair masks I used it still felt like straw

Maybe cut down on blow drying or straightening if you do it daily. Try like every 3 days or so. Your hair needs to have some natural oils as well so maybe don't wash for 2-3 days and use dry shampoo if it gets too oily looking (:

Make sure you use a professional cleanser and conditioner. My favorite brands are pureology and colorproof. Make sure you are always using a heat protectant when styling. Pureology makes a fantastic one called color fanatic (21), it also doubles as a leave-in but can also do 21 different things! And don't wash your hair more than every other day if you can help it. Be careful not to over deep condition ad that can have reverse effects causing it to be worse! Once a week at the most!
