I'm not sure of the name, but there's a specific shampoo that deposits red back into the hair every wash. If you want, I can find out from my learning leader at my cosmetology school. She recommended it to a girl in my core class that has burgundy red hair.

Alexandra - following because I want to know the shampoo you're talking about. I currently use Wen hair products and am pretty happy with the results but am always open to new ideas

Thanks ladies!
@Alexandra, the red is not the problem though, the blonde looks a little brassy from how dark my hair was before and it was dark box color so it was difficult to lighten. I did the blonde and it was really orange (which I think the red made it look more obvious too) so I went back a week later and hair the blonde lightened more and it looks so much better. But the top part is where it still looks a little orangey blonde. Thus, me wanting to try purple shampoo. But, I would be interested in that shampoo for when I decide to go back really red in the future! Thank you!!
@Jamie, I also currently use Wen and loveeee it! Been using it on and off for about 3-4 years now.
@Emily and Bre, thanks ladies! I've still been having a hard time deciding if I like it yet! I haven't had any blonde in my hair in about 7 years almost so its been a change! I'm actually thinking about trying more blonde next time but I still don't know if I could pull it off even though my natural color is a light brownish/dark blonde!
