So I love the look when I wear lipstick and liquid lipsticks but I hate the dry feeling. Any suggestions on lip products that aren't dry on your lips or too sticky? Thanks in advance.

When I had a drying lipstick I'd exfoliate my lips, then put on a thin layer of Chapstick, & then put the lipstick on. Helped me out a lot.

What jasmine said and also revlon lip butters and hydrating and are really pigmented

You can use a lip balm underneath and slightly blot the grease off! I noticed this helped the lipstick (s) not smooth into any lines or look cracked. I really like Sephora Rogue lipstick! It's creamy and surprisingly doesn't bleed even without a lip liner!

Try a lip conditioner. MAC has a nice one.
