I have dryness on my nose, chin, and forehead. I use the CeraVe hydrating cleanser and moisturizer, but I feel as though I still need a good face oil for my really dry patches that won't break me out,and preferably under $10. I appreciate any recommendations!

I use jojoba oil and it's really cheap - I use the desert essence brand but any brand will be fine it's all the same oil and I have acne prone skin and it doesn't break me out.

If you have dry flakes, you'll need to gently exfoliate them off before applying any moisturizer otherwise the product won't be able to absorb due to the dead skin.
For an affordable non-comedogenic moisturizing oil, I'd check out Jojoba oil. Most oils go for about $12.00, though.

Instead of oil have you tried using a face mist after cleansing and toning, but before serums and moisturizers. I'm not sure if they have one for $10 but mists (known in Korean skincare) as essence has helped my skin absorb my serums and moisturizers much better so they have better results. I have one from Josie Maran, MAC and Evian. I like them all. I think I only prefer the Josie Maran because I won it off of Instagram.

I personally use coconut oil. It works for me. Also I have heard about Jojoba oil. It is also good.
