I wanted to go out of my comfort zone and try out a cut crease!
I never think of doing a cut crease because I have uneven eye lids (nor do I know about the different shapes/styles of them)

So today it started to rain while I was getting ready, so I went ahead and used that time to try out something new.

Tips & tricks are highly encouraged!

Products used
I started off using my Laura Mercier correcting concealer in the shade 3 on my acne spots and under my eyes
I used my Chikuhodo Large eyeshadow brush for this... in light tapping motions and blending it out.

I actually set it lightly using my RCMA No color powder with my Rae Morris Powder brush

I then applied YSL Touche Eclat foundation on my face.
I applied this doing one pump on the back of my hand, and using my Hakuhodo G5556 I lightly spread it around the bristles of my brush.
I used a stippling motion all over my face and concentrated on my cheeks since thats where my marks are at. I apply very little towards the center.

I then used my Rae Morris contour brush and in a light upwards motion applied a bit of Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder.
I then followed with my Nars Orgasm Blush BareMinerals Bronzer and my BECCA champagne pop highlighter. The bronzer was applied using my Wayne Goss #10 brush, the Nars blush was applied using my Chikuhodo highlighting brush. The highlight was applied using my large Chikuhodo eyeshadow brush.

On my eyes I prepped them with Tarte's 24/7 waterproof eyeshadow primer using my ring finger.

I then applied my MUFE eggshell eye shadow all over my lid all the way up to my brow bone and inner corners using my MAC 217 brush

Next using my chikuhodo z10 brush I flipped it down so that the narrowest point sat in my crease and lightly swept my Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting powder in the shade medium from left to right.
Then I applied the Dark Brow shade from the Kevyn Aucoin Book
Finally I applied a black eyeshadow towards the outer corner

Next I took my flat eyeshadow brush from MAC and applied the Pink shade from my Viseart palette

And to finish it off, I applied The Gold liquid lorac luster on my eye using my MUFE Silicone eye brush

I did my winged eyeliner using my beloved Inglot eyeliner in 77 and my Billy B brush #9

I finished off with lashes from House of Lashes and on my lips I applied a bit of my foundation using my Chikuhodo eyeshadow brush and went over it with Nars lipgloss in Striptease.

Tell me what you think!

You're so gorgeous, it's hard to believe you're my age lol. You look much more mature than me (not in a bad way). The makeup looks superb, it really does look like you've been doing them forever! I love the kid color.

Omg that is so pretty!
love the colors you used and I really love how soft the "cut" is. it's not as harsh and bold as some.
great job and thanks for the detailed explanation!
