I just bought the nyx hd finishing powder.. What do you guys think of it?

It's AMAZING.
Just make sure you use it correctly. A LOT of people use it as a setting powder or touch up powder when it's a FINISHING powder lol.
It's meant to be used after you've done the rest of your makeup.
A super small amount that's on the lid, you shouldn't be able to smell the powder or see it on the brush or else it's too much.
Then press it or buff it on your skin and it won't make you look ghostly (common more on medium to darker skin)
And it won't cause flashback
But it gives all the benefits of using an HD powder.
Makeup/skin looks smoothed out, feels very baby-soft, helps to tone down any cakines and it really gives a nice overall glow

And TBH I find it at the same level of quality as the MUFE one unlike the ELF version and some other brand I've tried from the drugstore

I LOVE this powder. My skin is red, blotchy, uneven, textured. Just bad, really. But when I wear this powder, I get soooo many compliments on my "beautiful skin." It particularly looks good in photos. But as Aurora said, use WAY less than you think you need, and buff it in to the skin. If you use too much, it feels cakey and awful, and if you dust it all over your face you can end up causing some flashback in photos (been there). But when used correctly, this powder is incredible!

Thank you! Just to be clear I take a small amount of powder on my brush and patt it into the skin?

Aurora S.
Yes a very small amount. I like to pat it in the areas that need more "softening" before I buff it in because if you just buff it in you kinda only put powder on one side of your face.

Tap here and there on my face then buff it in
