How long ago did you place the order? do you have a tracking # & know what shipping company was used? you can usually track you package online or call the company directly. sometimes it takes a while tho.. I once waited 3 weeks for a package to arrive.

If Fedex has confirmed the delivery then you should contact FedEx first and find out what happened on their end.
