Put olive oil on your head for half an hour and you can warm it up in the microwave first for 30 seconds, also raw eggs, coconut oil, honey, and mayonnaise are good!

You can't fix split ends. However, you can remove some of them yourself.
Get a pair of hair cutting scissors. Then take a section of hair (brushed smooth), wrap it under your index finger, over your middle finger and under your ring finger again. Move down the section, and cut off the tips of any hairs that pop up.
Works like a charm and won't mess up your haircut.

I usually with trim off the ones I see and once a week put olive oil and honey on my hair for about 30 mins. Just have to wash it off really well cuz it can leave your hair feeling greasy

Get it trimmed! But for preventing split ends I use coconut oil! Put some in the microwave for 20ish seconds and comb it through your hair and shower cap for like 30minutes! Then wash your hair thoroughly!

Stephanie D has great advice, you just have to trim yourself. A little evening activity after kids are in bed and your zoning out to TV. For prevention, minimize heated styling tools and make sure to keep the hair hydrated with deep conditioning.
