Mine go like that too! Usually if I was them a lot or don't keep them covered when it's cold. The only cream that ever worked for me is discontinued so I would also like to know how to fix it!

Ouch this happens to me after work. Try Vaseline moisturizers. They're really good and they don't sting my hands and I have a lot of cuts from washing dishes and stuff (I work at subway).
Also, you can make a hand mask that you leave on for 30 minutes. 1 egg, 3tbsp honey, and 1tbsp olive oil. Rub into your hands and put plastic gloves on.

I have the same problem. Make sure not to use a scented lotion because it could irritate the skin. What shay said will totally work :)

After you use the treatmemts from above, use Silcone Glove by Avon. My hands turn like this after cleaning my apt with bleach and hot water. I usually put my hair dying gloves on with vitamin e then after I apply silcone glove.

I have the same problem in winter. when you wash your hands leave them a little damp and put on baby oil. if they are really bad apply Vaseline you can wash the palms of your hands to get rid of the grease. most lotions will sting if you have cuts

Olive oil is great and very soothing if they are stinging,my hands get dry and even crack and bleed if its cold and from washing dishes in work, wear gloves if you are washing dishes and wash your hands as little as possible using a minimum amount of soap. the hand soap you are using could also be to harsh for your skin the dove soap car is very gentle and I highly recommend it. don't forget to wear some gloves if its cold out!

I get eczema on my hands (in tiny little patches, it's weird lol) and it kinda looks like that, my doctor said there's "variations" of it but to be fair I think it's just different on different people's skin =]
