The best liquid liner is by physicians formula, its in a silver tube, it can make either really thin or thick lines and its also supposed to help make your lashes grow.

Liquid stay on all day. so does wet and wild pencil. or almay intense eyes roll up.

Liquid eyeliner from wet and wild that's waterproof works really great plus the stick like ones from Olay cover girl and neutrogena that you twist up to use works real good too but it depends on your preference.
