Dial sop, or dish sop drys up the acne, but use hypoallergenic lotion to make sure your skin doesn't get irritated

If it really bothers you, ask a dermatologist about acutane. I had the same problem and I took that medicine and in about 5 months it was completely clear and has been since (two years ago) it has major side effects though and I basically had to beg for my doctor to prescribe it to me. The only side effect I had was peeling lips but its seriously the best decision I've ever made.

Murad and Clinique both make acne body washes. They are a little more intense than the ones for face because the skin in those areas is less delicate. I think neutrogena has one as well. For a while I got one from my dermatologist and it worked but honestly I'm not sure if it worked much better than the Murad.

I'd only suggest accutane as a last resort. There's so many cleansers you can try for body acne! :)
