What is your fav eyeliner (like the brand and what its called)?? And also do you like gel, pen, pencil, or liquid the best?

If you like to have the most control when applying liner to the eyes, I would recommend a Gel Liner. Inglot has one of the most smoothest gel liners out there. It goes on smooth with a matte finish and it last all day long with out budging at all.
