So my hair is super long. Like, mid-back. Today my roomie was blowdrying my hair, and she pulled out so much dead hair I thought I was going bald! I use Garnier Fructis hair products and right now I'm using fall fight shampoo and conditioner. I get health trims but they're expensive. Is there any tips or tricks to avoid having as many split ends as I do?

Try not to use heat appliances as much as possible and try to get trims every few months. I had the same problem but I fixed it by stopping using a blow dryer and straightener. Also try switching shampoos. Your hair might not like the shampoo your using. Hope this helps :)

Coconut oil! It helps so much! And I try to avoid hot tool s. When I want curls I do a wet set.
