I am a dancer so my hair is always in a ponytail. (My hair is stick straight and medium thick) I also blow dry my hair every morning. My hair is splitting, not just at the ends but everywhere. What do I do?

Use some conditioning serums when your hair is damp and after its been styled. Also I would recommend a strengthening shampoo and conditioner such as Paul Mitchell daily strength. Lastly just pamper it withs masks and treatments once or twice a week. Also let it down when you are at home. X.

Tresemme split remedy! The shampoo or leave in products seem to work but the shampoo isn't as good for some reason (maybe its just me)
