Tca peel from a Dr. Brazilian peel from sephora has helped, but not enough. Most products help very little if at all. See a dermatologist.

I'm having laser surgery to remove it I just needed some products to help it along :-) thanks.

Try turmeric. Seriously. YouTube it. Its cut downy dark spots a lot.
